Delivery & Shippping Policy
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages. By placing your order you have represented to Xavier Wine Company that you are at least 21. All shipments of alcoholic beverages require an adult’s (at least 21 years of age) signature upon delivery.

WITHIN NEW YORK STATE
DELIVERIES IN THE WEST VILLAGE AND CHELSEA
Free delivery on all orders over $25(pre-tax). Please place your order by 7:00 PM to guarantee delivery the same evening.

DELIVERIES IN MANHATTAN, BROOKLYN AND QUEENS
Free delivery with a minimum order of $175(pre-tax) in Manhattan and $200 (pre-tax) in Brooklyn and Queens. For orders that fall below the minimum, there is a $20 charge for delivery in Manhattan and $25 in Brooklyn and Queens.

DELIVERIES TO OTHER AREAS IN NEW YORK STATE
UPS rates apply and will be calculated at checkout. Our default is UPS Ground, but if you wish to ship using a faster method, please make a note using the Notes Regarding Order and we’ll adjust the shipping method and cost when we process your order.

AREAS OUTSIDE NEW YORK STATEUPS rates apply and will be calculated at checkout. Our default is UPS Ground, but if you wish to ship using a faster method, please make a note using the Notes Regarding Order and we’ll adjust the shipping method and cost when we process your order. If you are buying wine in July and August and want it shipped, we recommend holding it here at the store until September, or until there is a cool spell in your region.

Prohibited States
Due to restrictive regulations, we cannot accept orders for shipment to the following locations:Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah. We do not ship internationally.

Please note: UPS and FedEx orders do not ship out on Saturday or Sunday

The customer contracts with the carrier (generally UPS), who Xavier Wine Company will engage on behalf of the customer. In the case of shipments outside New York State, the sole responsibility for complying with local regulations or tax requirements rests with the customer. If we are unable to ship to your area, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and suggest that shipping be arranged to a direct-shipping friendly state.
